Cigars Processing

Cigar processing is a complex and meticulous process, with its focus on the careful selection of raw materials, precise rolling techniques, and stringent quality control. High-quality tobacco leaves serve as the foundation for cigar production and undergo rigorous screening, drying, and fermentation processes. During the rolling stage, craftsmen blend tobacco leaves from different parts and varieties in specific proportions, evenly rolling them into the binder and wrapping them with the wrapper to form a complete cigar. Additionally, throughout the entire processing, rigorous quality inspections are conducted to ensure that the cigar’s appearance, aroma, taste, and burning performance meet the highest standards.

1. Tobacco Cultivation & Harvesting

  • Grow tobacco in fertile, sunny soil.
  • Harvest leaves at the optimal stage of maturity.

2. Leaf Conditioning

  • Air-dry the leaves to remove excess moisture.
  • Ferment the leaves to enhance their color, aroma, and taste.

3.Classification & Sorting

  • Classify leaves by color, shape, and quality.
  • Sort them into wrapper, binder, and filler leaves.

4. Cigar Rolling

  • Prepare the filler leaves by cutting and weighing them.
  • Roll the filler into a shape using a binder leaf.
  • Wrap the shaped cigar with a wrapper leaf.

5. Cap Making & Clipping

  • Create a cap to seal the head of the cigar.
  • Clip the end of the cigar for optimal smoking.

6. Aging & Packaging

  • Allow the cigars to age for improved flavor.
  • Package them in elegant materials with brand information.
